This year Youth Hoover-ball is going to be Saturday afternoon on the Village Green. There are spots open and there’s still time to register online! Make sure to check the calendar of events for times and location of all activities.

Booster Bingo

West Branch All Sports Boosters will be hosting a BINGO GAME Saturday afternoon!

Where: West Branch Fire Station
When: Saturday, August 7th from 1:00-3:00pm

Cool off in the shade Saturday afternoon with few rounds of bingo! Lots of great prizes are being added every day. It’s only 50 cents per card to play, and you have to use a new card for each game. Your participation will help support West Branch athletics!

Live Music: Boot Jack Band

The party continues Saturday night with Boot Jack Band at the Fire Station!

Playing country hits for all generations! Boot Jack Band is a country rock band based in Cedar Rapids, IA. Members of the band have opened for a variety of country music stars, including Dierks Bentley, Randy Houser and Jon Pardi.  Boot Jack Band shows are full of good vibes and great music!

Hoover Prairie Run

Where: Herbert Hoover National Historic Site
When: Saturday, 8:00am

Get ready for the 2nd Hoover Prairie Run held in conjunction with Hoover’s Hometown Days! The challenging 5K Prairie Run takes place on the Herbert Hoover National Historic Site and follows mown, hilly grass trails through the beautiful tall-grass prairie at the height of summer bloom and a mix of paved and grass paths on the Hoover Presidential Museum and Library grounds. There will be a less challenging route for walkers, too!

Online registration is open until August 4th, but if you register by July 20th, the fees are reduced and you are guaranteed a t-shirt for participating!

Enjoy some acoustic music Saturday afternoon with Jarrod Hogan!
